How to remain fit & healthy in todays life

Now a days the person who is not physicaly fit & healthy is not successful in life ? If the person wants to be physical fit & healthy should eat balanced diet rather eat mall nutrisious diet .The person should do proper exercise to remain physical fit he/she should do aerobic & anerobic exersices lke cycling,jogging,cylasthenic exersice etc . If the person do proper exersice hies/her body will never be in d-shaped . the person should have good posture .
{ To live in modern life should remain physically fit}
